My name is Cristy Cooley. I am the head girls' soccer coach, girls coordinator and I teach special education Basic English 11th and 12th grade.
A little about me, this is my sixth year in Plano ISD. I have 3 kids and 2 dogs. I live by the motto that "I will always treat your kids as if they were my own."
I look forward to working with your students.
I'm Coach Jessica Godwin. This is my 6th year teaching and coaching in Plano ISD, and I am also the JV girls' soccer coach at Plano East. I grew up in Garland, TX, and played soccer at Richland College and The University of Texas of the Permian Basin. My favorite sport is soccer(of course!), but I love watching all other sports along with my husband who is also a coach at Plano East. When I am not teaching and coaching, I am spending time outdoors, traveling, or hanging out with my family, friends, and 2 sweet dogs. I became a teacher because growing up my coaches had a huge impact on me and helped me become the person that I am today.
Coach Solis teaches Physical Education at Armstrong Middle School, a tight ends coach for Plano East Senior High's football team, and the JV2 Girls Soccer Coach. Coach Solis grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, and attended Nolan Catholic High School, where he played football (2-time state Champ 2004 & 2005). Coach Solis attended Northwestern College to play football as an Offensive Lineman (2-time All-Conference), majoring in Sociology and Criminal Justice. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his family, going on vacations, swimming, fishing and barbequing. His favorite sports teams are the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars. Coach Solis is married to his wife, Sara. They are the proud parents of Kamryn (8) and Karsyn (5). Fun Fact: Coach Solis was the first in his family to go to college and first to graduate.
